my name's catriona oliver and on the 6th of january i'm flying out to malawi, where i'll be living for four and a half months.
i've been saving for this for about two years or something now, mainly from working fulltime at next but i also was massively helped out by friends and family. mainly craig hodgson and his family for throwing me a fundraiser back in april '09. without that and everyone who came along and was so supportive, there's no danger id have got enough money together for this. so im forever grateful :]
while im in malawi, im gonna be living in dedza and working in the primary school there. my accomadation has no electricity and no running water. actual nightmare. but i reckon i can survive. champion and all that. i'll try and post updates and pictures when i can, but im not sure what kind of internet access there's gonna be over there. i'll try my best though!
